Company history
1897 — the foundation of the plant by the Russian-Belgian metallurgical society. One of the society’s founders was engineer Fyodor Enakiev. It is to him that the city owes its name, and the factory — its birth.































July 15, 2024 — official launch of the blast furnace № 5 after a major repair with the permission of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin
October 2024 — receiving the highest award of the international exhibition «Metal-Expo — 2024». The launch of blast furnace № 5 is recognized as the major event of 2024 in Russian metallurgy.
